Love's arms are peace, 'gainst rule, 'gainst sense, 'gainst shame.
The problem with MMORPGs is that a lot of them are the same. Yet, despite that, they remain very popular. Hence they're a worthy target for a parody.

Coffee Stain Studios, responsible for Goat Simulator, seems to have noticed this too. The latest game to hit iOS and Android from the studio is MMO Simulator.

Similar to the previously released GoatZ, MMO Simulator is a Goat Simulator spin-off that uses the absurdity of that game to take the mick out of MMORPGs.

It's not actually an MMO itself (it is only a simulator) but it contains many of the features that those games do.

There are five different classes to chose from including one that is a microwave with legs. There are dozens of ridiculous quests to complete towards your goal of reaching level 101.

Axiom Verge is still coming to PS Vita. Pinky promise.

This is essentially the message that the game's creator Tom Happ gives in a recent blog post. He's hoping it will be ready by the end of the year but there are no guarantees on that.

The original plan was to get the metroidvania out on Sony's handheld this summer. To be precise, we've got our eyes firmly fixed on Tuesday, when we're taking to the Twitch airwaves once more to stream Pandemic.

Never heard of Pandemic? Well, it's a digital board game adaptation that sees you trying to stop the spread of some deadly viruses.

You can play on your own, you can play cooperatively with friends, but the end goal is the same - try not to let the population of the world perish.
To leave the batt'ry that you make 'gainst mine,

What do you do when you know you're about to lose your job? Make a game about it?

That's what the three people who make up new indie studio Inbetweengames did after losing their jobs at Yager.

Previously, they worked on Spec Ops: The Line but were most recently working on the now-cancelled Dead Island 2.

At some point during the development it was clear they were going to be laid off. That's when they decided to turn their emotions into a small game made for the game jam Ludum Dare 33.

It's called The Mammoth: A Cave Painting. Originally released for PC, it has you playing as a mother mammoth trying to defend her kids from humans attacking with spears.
It’s football management like you’ve never experienced it – become more than just a player, head of New Star FC, heart and spine. Be a manager.
